I have a burner but I cannot burn stuff. I somehow did something to my Nero and it will not do anything. My dvd shrink no longer works. I do not want to burn illegal stuff but my son found a way to block his dvds that he made. He is only 12 years old and I need to know why he does not want me to see them.

ok here is what you do... tell him under no uncertain terms that if you do not see what is on them cd's dvd's then the computer to him is off limits and that untill you see what is on them you will have the burner taken out of the computer. and confiscate the burned, CD's/DVD's
