!st is your breast measurement....right around the nipple line.
2nd is the waist measurement.....right below your belly-button
3rd is your hip measurement....at the widest part of your hips/bottom

1st is under breast, 2nd mid stomach, 3rd waist. Perfect is considered 36-24-36. If there is a perfect. I dont know what bunch of idiots decided this.
