No not blind but it can strain your eyes. When you paly games or even answering questions. You might not blink as much and are looking hard at what you are doing. Back away from the screen and take a break. Info below. If you do it you'll be able to tell.

my brother has been playing video games non-stop since he was 4...he aint blind yet (hes 16 now)

well if its plugges into a tv or puter then yes and if ur looking at a screen for like more than 7 hours a day yes it very well can
