Do you have friends that drive? Possibly hang out with friends that can drive to nearby towns that have things to do. I wouldn't know what I'd do in your shoes if I lived in a boring small town...
Good luck!

I am assuming there would be at least a library in your town. See if they offer any activities through the library that you may want to join. Or join extracurricular activities at your school. There are usually several different clubs you can join. You could take up a new hobby such as drawing, painting, knitting, etc. There is a lot of different stuff you can do.

I would start by making a great small group of friends. With friends you can always find something fun to do, even if it is just hanging out at the local IHOP, or going to a park and swinging on the swings.
That way when you get your driver's license you'll have a fun group to travel to a close city and explore those places near to you!

You surely live in the same town as me!! School, work, church, 1` or 2 traffic lights and bang you are in the next county.
I am way past 16. We retired to my husband's hometown and I hate it, but have had to learn to adjust.
Wait 2 more years and you can go away to college. Good luck.

I knew of a girl once ho lived on a chicken farm, evry day she would come home from school and smell chicken poo, her clothes smelt of it too. She had very strict parents who made her work amongst the chickens. So she asked herself what can I do?
She just knuckled down at school, passed her exams for uni became a lawyer and then moved to wherever she fancied Life is very short.
