I have to say Bugs Bunny. Bart does dumb things that snowball into worse things. Bugs Bunny would get violent and I do remember the episode where he hid this little gangster in the oven and then threw a lit match in there and blew him up. Now Bart never did that. Even if he did he would feel sorry later. Bugs would never apologize.

I dunno..good question. Not a big fan of Bart but he is a devious little demon child...though, Bugs has been around a lot longer.
