Speaking from personal experience...... you could find that you need to change your diet and get some exercise going. I found that I was eating far too many carbs which were making me really tired and flat. I now eat lots of protein, fruits and veg and exercise every day. Not only have I lost weight but I feel on top of the world. I still have days where I feel tired, but now I know it is just life in general - you are bound to get tired every now and then if you are a busy person. If this doesn't work you may need to seek advice from your Doctor ofcourse but always try the healthy lifestyle alternative first as it can also help your weight, blood pressure and cholesterol. I did and I haven't looked back. And yes, vitamins are also a great addition and drink pleny of water.

a million. Drink relatively some water. 2. Get some workout. 3. Take supplements. 4. Get on a snooze schedule as a substitute of sleeping many many hours once you're drained, because of the fact once you upward thrust up you will sense much greater drained. 5. substitute your nutrition plan. Do you consume relatively some junk nutrition or different issues which at the instant are not stable for you? merely those few issues will dramatically strengthen the way you sense in a short volume of time.

regular excercise doing just about anything will raise your metabolism and give you more energy........HOWEVER, it is possible that a person is tired because of being depressed or feeling unfulfilled with life..That is an entire different issue and would require specific focus on the cause of the sadness. Best of luck to you

First, get a good health checkup from the Dr. Assuming there is no good reason why you feel this way, try getting more exercise ....I am 64 and hate exercise in itself, but I love to garden more than anything. I slept late this morning and just couldn't seem to get going.....2 hours in the garden and I was good to go for the day. I always hate to admit that working hard physically...even if it is cleaning the house....works for me.
Please don't rule out getting a good checkup first and tell the Dr. what you have just said to us

I was wondering what that was for years, until the rheumatologist told me I had fybromyalgia. I wasn't aware that could be the reason, until she asked, if I woke up in the morning feeling as if I hadn't slept at all and felt drained all day.
Taking MSM and B12 vitamin helps a lot to get going.

Go to the dr and have a test done for diabetics, thyroid, blood test, and see if this could be what is wrong. Also ask then to give you a B-12 shot, it will not hurt you and it will make you feel better. I hope you can find out what is wrong. It also could be depression.

Go to the sleep clinic. Over the counter things do not work and can be harmful. First go to your doctor and if he/she doesn't take your problem in a serious fashion, keep searching for one who will help. You can also look up Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue support groups in your area and they should be able to help. You can go on-line and find sites for these problems. Just put Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue in your goggle search and you will find lots of sites.
