there are kinda of polish to use to make ur nails thicker and more strong.

they are ok but the real problem is something else

if ur nails are fragile and not strong, then it means u dont get enough calcium. so a way to stop the nail peeling (in the long run and the best way) is to raise ur calcium level. DRINK MILK!!!!!!!!

I experience the same problem like you last time. As you are frequently wearing nail polish, your nails are subject to lack of 'oxygen' and the drying effect of nail polish. These tends to weaken your nails.

My advise would be to let your nails be free from the use of nail polish for a few months, at least 2-3 months, and take some calcium pills or even more dairy products.

If you still like the looks of polish, try using a nail buffer or just apply a clear polish. This way, when it chips, it wouldn't be so obvious and the polish can easily last you a week. Hence you do not need to use a remover so frequently.

Try also looking for a manicure pencil that you apply on your nails to 'thicken' or 'harden' them. You may get at any malls or salons. Good luck.

Sounds like you need a better bond between your nails and the polish. First off you should only remove your polish with an acetone free polish remover. This will make your nails stronger and prevent any damage.

I think a great product to prep your nails with is OPI's Chip Skip http://www.opi.com/trPremium.asp#3 it makes sure the surface of your nails is clean and oil free for the polish to adhere better.

You might even want to use a base coat for added strength. Creative makes a base coat called Stickey http://www.creativenail.com/prod_c_nail-care_treatments_nail-treat_stickey.asp that actually feels a bit tacky after painted on.Finish with some Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat and your manicure will last for about a week.

You can get all these products from your local Ulta.

Use a top layer nail polish.
There are better options than nail polish, though. Products that make your nails shiny without drying them out and ruining them. :)
