yes, I have had that problem, although Im not sure about the first trimester. What I can tell you is that during pregnancy, your vaginal walls begin to change, preparing to deliver your baby. I think that may be part of your problem. If it is that big of a deal, talk to your doctor. Maybe he or she can recommend something. Also, Kegal exercises might help. Congratulations!

ha ha sounds like me. I am 26 weeks, and have had sex maybe 10 times since being pregnant. I am just not needing or wanting it. And its just so uncomfortable, and most of the time it hurts, and I am just not interested!
My man has a really high sex drive too (we use to do it 4-5 times a day).. Don't worry he'll get use to it. I make myself do it every now and then, but they have hands too ya know!
Don't worry... things will probably change a little while after your bubs is born

First trimester is notorious for an increased sex drive. Now, you're energies are being put into the growing baby! It's perfectly normal. I know you feel bad for your boyfriend, but if he's worth his salt, he'll understand that you're going through a LOT of changes. Pregnancy isn't like changing jobs or getting a new hair cut. You're body is working double time now and things are bound to be different during different periods of pregnancy. Talk to him about it and hopefully, he'll understand. After all...you ARE forming an entire human being inside of you, lol!

Yes it's perfectly normal to feel that way physically and emotionally. Reason for that is the baby's getting bigger, and if you're petite, it's only going to get a smidgen rougher on you as well as far as sex goes. You may also have a tilted uterus which i've found that during pregnancy, it's more uncomfortable, even though the sex drive may or may not be there.

I had this problem for a while, thank God my sex drive came back as fast as it disapperaed:) This is all normal, you need to explain to your boyfriend how you feel about it and I'm sure he'll understand. Don't force yourself only because you want to make him happy! Don't forget that you're pregnant (not him), he needs to be supportive and patient!

Yup. I've totally been there. Blame it on hormones, changes in your vagina and the type of discharge you have whatever, but it happens. If it gets worse or it's bothering you let your doctor know. Lots of infections are pretty common in pregnancy and you may have one. Your obgyn can check things out, even if you don't have an infection I bet he/she will have some suggestions to help you out. Good luck!

Try using a lubricant (like KY Jelly or Astroglide) and positions where he is not pushing on your belly at all.

That's normal... don't worry about it, you'll get comfortable after the pregnancy is over.

You are probably too dry. Use KY Jelly or something, it should help a lot.
