The Casting Network, formerly LA Casting allows you to submit yourself on rolesfor film, television, and print. If you have an agency they may use this site to submit you as well.

You may enroll in acting schools or seminars where you come in contact with people working in the movie or have contact with studios. Or you may visit shooting area, or studios where you can apply as extra. Hence you will receive call slip if given the opportunity.
