I don't know about boots, but my amber-colored suede jacket got wet/stained down one arm and the whole thing had to be cleaned AND re-dyed. It cost $35

ive never heard of a dry cleaner cleaning boots, go to a good shoe store and buy suede cleaner and a suede brush and do it yourself.

I would do it myself. I have been very unhappy with what dry cleaners have done to my leather. You should be able to rinse it off and use a "suede brush." Those should be available at your local shoe store.

Don't rub too hard or too much, you don't want to smooth the finish.
