i work for target... i dressed to impress (business casual) - first impressions are everything (if you look like you dont care.. they won't care either) they ask questions like
why do you want to work for target (obviously)
what qualities do you have that you think will help you in this job
what would you do in certain scenarios that they give you
they do 2 interviews (both on the same day if they like you)
the first interview they just mostly want to clarify things on your application
the second interview is more personal
hope this helps

Wear something not completely casual bun not SO fancy. You want to look like you care about the job and will do your best. The other thing is to have confidence. You don't want to go there and be really nervous because that can have a big effect on their decision. Good luck and always wear a smile@ :-)

It surprises me how many human beings think of you truly have the job only considering the fact which you made it previous the 1st around. there's no assure of that. I desire you success and could say which you in all probability have the job, yet loads of companies bypass with the aid of a protracted and convoluted hiring technique. it somewhat is obtainable the 1st interviewer cherished you however the 2nd did no longer, who is conscious? i've got made it to 2nd interviews and nonetheless did no longer get the job a pair of situations. and that i'm no loser-- I controlled a retail keep for over 8 years. i've got observed loads of places are in "continually hiring" mode presently. What I advise is, they do no longer likely have vacancies, they simply continuously interview human beings and shop the turnstiles spinning so as that they could have the call of firing the backside-appearing human beings at any time. additionally so as that in case you do no longer blow them away as a perfect candidate for the job, they could wait till they locate somebody who does. when I controlled a RadioShack, the district managers have been continuously telling us, "continuously be recruiting! you should be finding to interchange your worst affiliate in the event that they don't seem to be all above XX in overall performance!"

wear something presentable, like a nice button up shirt and some khakis or a good pair of jeans..
when they are talking too you try and keep good eye contact, and seem as though you are truly intrested in the job.

Look as good as you can! find out a little history of the company and the particular store you are appying at. Customer service is probably the most important questions that will come up so be prepared. Come prepared to ask questions yourself.
