Hogan really added a lot to the industry through the 80's and 90's but I have never been one to give one person all the credit for success. There were many others that made considerable offerings to the world of wrestling in those days.
Here are a few; JYD Jimmy Snuka, Ted DiBiase, Randy Savage, HBK, HHH, Roddy Piper, Dusty Rhodes, Cowboy Bob Orton Jr Pez Whatley, Tony Atlas, The Rock, Michael Hayes, Sting, and so many more.
Hogan couldn't have made it as far as he did without his opponents putting him over, and without the writers helping him.
I am not saying he wasn't a great wrestler but wrestling would have been just as great without him.

i think we know cuz he isnt wrestling any more if you mean if he never wrestled it would prolly still be ok cuz of wrestlers like the rock andre the giant stone cold steve austin eddie guerrero bret har the undertaker and many more great wrestlers
