HE can get an e-mail address for anywhere in the world. If you did not try this, add a "c" to the end of it: alejandrogonzalez51@hotmail.com

The domain hotmail.com works everywhere in the world, so Holland included. I am living in the Netherlands, and also use a hotmail.com email adress. But you have the make sure you have the correct emailadress. No way to check but send an email. When it bounces it is wrong one....

it is hotmail, a website interface. It does not matter where you are at, it will work. Just like you communicating with me from the Netherlands, I am setting in USA talking to you on the same page. Hotmail is the same way. as long as the address is correct, it will work just fine for you.

@hotmail.com is universal.

Its called the World Wide Web for a reason. When I went to Europe, I used a yahoo email account the entire time. I've only had problems with aol, and that was only in some places.

hotmail can be used anywhere in the world, it might be that he hasn't checked his mail for a little while cause he doesn't have access and schools are out for a few weeks, start again on monday, maybe he can only check at school and his mail box is full, than mail won't get in at hotmail, keep on trying, don't give up, else you might want to ask mom to give him your email adress next time she contacts him again or give a phone nr.

good luck

How am I supposed to know?
Hotmail accounts can be set up from anywhere.
And I'm sure your son will not appreciate you giving his e-mail address to all the people on this site.

Hi, I am from The Netherlands.

There is no such thing as @hotmail.nl

So, the proper way would be @hotmail.com (no matter where from)

If it still doesn't work, his inbox might be full

Good luck

Make sure you have correct ending... e.g co.uk or com (saying the name before @ is correct!?)

alejandrogonzalez51@hotmail. com (WORLDWIDE)

alejandrogonzalez51@hotmail.nl (NETHERLANDS)

If it gets returned back to you, it isn't correct.

Why don't you contact the mother via email or phone, and ask her to clarify the email address.

Good Luck, hope you get it sorted soon! x
