Sherlock Holmes and the magic umbrella?

Someone told me about a book. It had Sherlock Holmes and possibly some other literary characters in it. They had a magic umbrella that takes you to the place you're thinking about when you open it. For example, Flatland.

Does anyone know the title of this book?

I've read everything that Arthur Conan Doyle ever wrote about Sherlock Holmes. I don't recall a magic umbrella that did anything like that.
