I went to the doctor and they prescribed Dalacin.. I didn't have a terrible acne problem but I did have a few pimples.
I also tried a few products, and at the moment Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser seems to be working quite well. After I wash with the cleanser, I dab on the Dalacin and then I apply the Neutrogena Moisture Oil Free Sensitive Skin Lotion afterwards, because (as I have just recently learned), moisture is essential to facial skin care.
Remember that it takes your skin about 3 weeks to adapt to new product, so you make actually break out more in the beginning, but you will see them slowly diminishing. Drink lots of water (8 glasses if your bladder can handle it) and cut down on the junk food if applicable. That should help with the zit problem.

Id try differin, its about $100, but it works. You hav to go to a dermatologist to get it though. I've been using it for about 1 1/2 monthes and its really cleared up my face and keeps zits away.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer ten times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

i think there is skin treatment you can have on your skin, i'm really no expert but i'm sure if you go see your GP they will be able to help you, they have cures and remedies for almost everything nowadays Good luck and even if there is no treatment do not worry, keep your chin up and be proud of yourself, there are much worse off people out there who would give anything just to have only a few scars on their foreheads rather then the much worse things they have Good luck ;)

on the occassional zit, try toothpaste. i swear it works but on a heavy breakout you might want to get a rx from the doctor. they have some great prescriptions now that really work.
