See if you can get on state assistance. Even if you are working they might be able to help you. You can also try your local churches. Even if you don't qualify for state assistance they can give you a list of other people that might be able to help you.

Call the dr that prescribed it and see if they can help you. If you child has RSV, he really needs albuterol or he could end up very sick and in the hospital. You really need to find some way to get the money to get it.

go back to the hospital......or telll them you want a machine that uses cheaper albuteral filler.....my baby had rsv also...she was admitted to the hospital

Did you tell the hospital or your doc that you cant afford it I am sure they will find a way for you to get it.
