A little background info: I'm 17 years old, I weigh about 135-140, I'm 5'-9" (maybe a little taller), and I'm a male. I run about 30-50 miles per week for about 11 months out of the year, and I lift weights 2 or 3 times a week. I'd like to think I'm in shape. I wouldn't say I'm a healthy eater, but I probably have a better-than-average diet.
That's why I'm bothered. My resting heart rate is usually in the 70's. My blood pressure is high (I believe 108/78 last time I had it measured, which was about 2 weeks ago). There's also a few other things that may be related. I bruise very easily, and bruises and cuts don't heal as fast as they should. Also, my ribcage is not symmetrical. In the center where it meets, the left side seems to be pushed into my chest more than my right side. When my heart beats, it is very noticeable on my chest (you can see my chest move every time my heart beats). I don't know if any of these conditions are related, but should I be concerned?

This may seem like an odd thing to do, but when I rotate my upper body without moving my hips or legs, it becomes difficult to breathe. If I'm breathing in or out, it only comes a little bit at a time (i.e. breath, no breath, breath, no breath, all within about a second). It's as though the air is being blocked for short spurts of time over and over while I'm rotating. Most of the feeling seems to come from the left side of my chest.
