It was actually called Lord of the Rings, plural. So there were many rings with many names. Of the 20 rings, the three Elven rings were named Narya, Nenya, and Vilya. Sauron's ring was always called The One Ring. And I think those are the only ones we know the names of.

"The One Ring of Power", the Great Ring or the Ruling Ring, was the 20th ring; forged by Sauron alone.

The 3 Elven Rings were: Narya, fire, the Elven ring of Cirdan, then Gandalf; Vilya, air, the Elven ring of Gil-galad, then Elrond; and Nenya, water, the Elven ring of Galadriel.

The 9 rings of Men were not named individually, but their wearers became the Nazgul or Ringwraiths.

The 7 Dwarven Rings were distinguished by different stones and engraved with Futhark Runes promising riches.
