I checked all the major sites, it doesn't appear to be availavble, but I did find you this short clip on youtube. It's fun to watch and it's set to Roy Orbison's song, "In Dreams".

Are you sure of the title? Google shows nothing on the movie, only this entry "There is a camel at the post that all of the men treat with utmost respect and she is called the "Jewel of The Sarah." After smoking a little opium, ..." And that does not appear to be what you are looking for. Ok the title has a misspelling "Saraha", not Sarah. But I think that E-Bay may be your best bet.

Amazon says it's a short -- 17 minutes runtime. That's going to make it very tough to find.

Maybe you could try eBay or even Amazon or Overstock.com. You might find them there. If not sorry I couldn't help.
