Yes!!! You are my neighbor to the north and our weather sounds just like what you have experienced! I live in Washington State and we had heavy, heavy rain in early November that caused major flooding. We still have state hi-ways in my area that are washed out and may be that way for a couple of years! Then right after that we had lots of snow and VERY cold temperatures. As you know, that is unseasonable for our area. Then hurricane force winds in mid November. Lots of trees down and our yard is still FULL of branches. Just today we have had heavy rains and wind gusts up to 70 miles and hour. It has been a very odd winter so far...
Stay warm, dry and safe!

Here in Oregon we have seen a very wet and cold fall/winter. We've had 2 killer wind storms already and tons of rain. We had snow in November. Very unusual for us this early. Our bad weather doesn't normally hit 'til February.

Way down below ya in Southern California there has been very little change in the weather pattern.Every storm that smashes into you in B.C. or folks in Washington swings on down and comes over my head as the last little part of the tail end of a storm...It's like just as the northern storms approach, they dissipate because of our constant high pressure ridge...Not to hot or cold.Rarest climate on the planet with a 13 degree temperature variance, meaning a very little change in the weather....Close to Santiago Chile lies the same...Three percent of the worlds climate in these two places...Always sunny..Take care...Tom Science 4
