Darkness is the absence of light or energy. It is nothing. Nothing does not move because there isn't anything to move.

If light moves at the speed of light, dark moves at the speed of darkness ;-)

OK i was just joking, lets get serious now.

darkness is felt only if there is no visible light present to see something.
So if in a room a bulb is lighting then darkness will felt when the bulb is turned off.AS SOON AS ALL THE LIGHT RAYS VANISH FROM THE ROOM DARKNESS IS FELT THERE.So the if U want to define a 'speed of darkness', that must be equal to the speed of leaving the room by the light rays.
since light rays moves with speed 'c'.so speed of appearance of darkness or simply the speed of darkness is also 'c'.

but till date we do not come across the need to define this quantity so it is never defined !!!!!!!!!!

Good one.

One possible answer would be:

If we assume light has a speed of (+) speed of light,
then
Dark = (-) speed of light !! Which would be the same speed, just in the 'opposite' direction
