The most beautiful? Y'know, I don't think I'm going to say. So many beautiful places are ruined by increased numbers of visitors.

But there are sooooo many beautiful places. Even most major cities have a large central park where one can find little areas of beauty.

Sometimes, I've found the most beautiful places are locations that have reputations for being desolate or boring. Deserts, prairies, etc.

Anyway, of all of the places that I've been, the one that I love, that I'm willing to share, is Hwy. 17, in Canada, north of Lake Superior. There are some awesome views over the lake.

I have been to a lot of places, but Niagara Falls Canada is so amazing, I can stand and watch the water flowing over the falls for hours, the smell, the sight and the sound of the water going over the falls is unbelievable, so much it is hard for me to formulate words to describe it...but whom ever has stood there knows exactly what I am talking about, it is more than one sense you feel...totally awesome it is...

Mauritius.

Not many people even know this country exists but God, it is beautiful!

One memory i have of it is swimming the ocean while it was raining and the sun was setting. It was absolutely glorious. It's like i was diving into a sea of red and gold.

Colorado Rocky Mountains - the most gorgeous place on the planet. And I've seen that fire in the sky that John Denver sang about - it's a meteor shower and it seems close enough to catch or to duck!

A bed and breakfast in Tennessee called Evins Mills. It's perfect and peaceful. My husband and I spent a weekend there before we were married. There are waterfalls and an old swing on the porch.
