What happened to Elton Brown's show feasting on asphalt?

how come he only made like 4 episodes then stopped, I thought that the show was pretty sweet.

It was a short series show. Only a few episodes. It was interesting though.

I wish they would get the Dean boys off and put Feasting on Asphalt back on

Alton Brown's show was only shot as a 4 episode series as he travelled across the US in search of "road food". I would love to see them do it as a permanent series, but the time being, that's all we're going to see of his show.
