Established poet looking to get stuff published on the side, looking for Poetry mags that pay for submissions published. And no I don't want answers like try Poetry.com. I'm looking for real mags that publish real poets.

many legitimate poetry magazines run contests and hand out cash prizes...awards/grants

I recommend purchasing a copy of The Poet's Market published each year by Writer's Digest, or visit your local library and see if they have a copy. It lists a variety of magazines and journals seeking poetry that pay.

Also visit www.ralan.com. Ralan lists markets for writers, and some poetry markets are included.

There aren't many...

There is a magazine I think called "Poetry" that pays.

"The Idiom" might pay.

You're best bet is to enter contests that award cash for placing.
