My code is reading P0141, I found out that is (1/2 o2s Heater Failure) But what does that mean and Where would the problem be located on the vehicle? It's a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan.

Most likely means the heater circut in the O2 sensor has burned out...you need to replace the sensor.

you can get them at any autoparts store, the sensor is located in the exhaust manifold it's about 3/4" dia/3" tall and should have 3 or 4 wires comming out of it, you will need a 7/8 wrench to unscrew it.

Close but not quite, you got to get it right or the diagnosis is a failure. You "mechaniks" listen up. P0141 is o2 sensor heater circuit ( bank 1 sensor 2) It does not say failure nor does it say replace. Bank one is the side the # 1 cylinder is on. Sensor 2 is behind the cat. converter. It may be a corroded connector or a broken wire. you will need a volt meter to test the heater circuit at the sensor. The auto supply shoukd be able to tell you which wires are which if you don't have a repair manual. o2 sensors are good for 100k miles ordinarilly. NEVER replace ANY part till you know the problem. Too many good parts get changed due to poor diagnostics.

Bank 1, HO2S 2 heater circuit malfuntion...bank 1, left engine side, you have one is the exhaust manifold and usually another after the convertor, It will be the only this screwed in with a wire connector plugged up to it...see if the connection is good, and if you have any broken wires...but sometimes, what I do is reset the computer, by clearing the codes and see if the check engine light comes back on..then if it does, then replace...

P0141 is bank1 sensor 2 failure. You need to replace the O2 sensor.

Just likes previous answeres have said it is due to the o2 sensor going bad. Easy fix, but if you do not know how I would recommend someone you know doing it because the dealerships are going to charge outrages amounts for a simple job.

Just for you to know for certain yourself go to:

Hope I was of some help.
