How many times a day should you feed a full grown Golden Retriever?

It's more about the amount he eats, rather than frequency. We allow our dog to "free feed"..That is, we put a certain amount in her bowl and let her eat from it all day. This doesn't work for all dogs though...Some will gulp it down so quickly it's not healthy. I was ask your vet what they recommend.
