If you are sexually active, you could always be pregnant.

Listen to your gut instinct. Usually, a woman will know when she's pregnant. You will not know for sure until you see a doctor but until then I would avoid alcohol and other dangerous activities. If your period is usually right on time and you're a few days late already, you might be pregnant. Really, you could take a test anytime now. Good luck and I hope you're pregnant. Keep us posted!

It is possible!! My husband and I were trying for 10 months before we finally conceived! We tested just four days after my missed period and we got a positive result back right away! I know it is hard to wait, because you just want to know so bad, but at the same time you don't want to see a negative result. Go ahead and test! If not this month, there is always next month! Good luck!!

If you are 4 days past your period, you could test now. Stressing about it is awful and I know you are dying to know!! It's hard to tell if your symptoms are pregnancy related, because you've been trying for so long, that every little thing will feel like a pregnancy symptom. I think if you haven't started in 4 days, you probably are, and a test would show it - and I hope you are!! GOOD LUCK!!!

In both my pregnancies I felt lower mild cramping. Dr told me it was my uterus stretching getting ready for the baby. You should take a HPT, in the morning. HPT only have worked for me 4 days after my missed period. Good luck!!!!!!

I would take a HPT if I were you, there are inexpensive ones that are still effective. it also helps you from being so anxious which can cause you to be stressed a delay your period also.

Good luck.
