Good answer by Jason T. I found a copy of Rail Baron in the gift shop at Horseshoe Curve in Altoona, PA a couple years ago and bought it for my brother. I think it was the last one they had though. My brother and I love Avalon Hill games and we've had the most luck finding them on ebay. Unfortunately, I think Rail Baron is kind of overpriced as far as old games go. - - - Even better than Rail Baron, in my opinion is "1830, The Game of Railroads and Robber Barons". This is the best board game I've ever played! If you ever come across one of those, do yourself a favor and buy it!

Nope, according to all sources, it's completely out of print and thus tends to be quite pricey if you can find a copy for sale.
You might enjoy some of the other railroad themed games that are still available such as Empire Builder, Railroad Tycoon, Ticket to Ride, Eurorails, 1830, Age of Steam etc.
(I'm not entirely certain of the publishing status of some of these games, however most are widely available)

Rail Baron is not currently in print. Since Hasbro purchased the rights to all Avalon Hill games, it would be up to Hasbro to do a reprint. Hasbro is currently in the process of discontinuing the majority of the few Avalon Hill titles they were still producing, I wouldn't count on a reprint.
