I had this baby doll that my crazy catholic grandmother insisted I name Mary because my parents never would name ME Mary and I slept with her every night and carried her around on my hip just like a real baby and then when I was 18 and wound up pregnant, my grandmother went and got it out of my room and beat it over the back of the chair all the while yelling "I TOLD YOU NOT TO BUY HER ANY DOLLS"

My Bobbsey Twins book collection.
I was sick in the hospital alot with severe breathing problems as a child and my mom & dad would get me a book each time I was admitted.
I have the complete set of purple binded books and treasure each one.
The best thing is I grew up and now I have a set of boy/girl twins of my own and I get to read the books to them now!

my most beloved, precious, sacred, childhood toy... would be my baby doll "Chuckie". No he doesn't resemble Rugrats Chuckie, I just simply named him that. I carried him, along with my blankie, absolutely everywhere. I clothed him, bathed him, fed him, put him to bed, homeschooled him, played with him, and the list goes on.

We were too poor to have a swimming pool, so when our chest freezer broke, my parents took the lid off and filled it with water (in the back yard) I loved that freezer. It was rectangled shaped and had two little seats on either side of it where you could sit. My brothers and I had the best time in it.

My Big Wheel. I rode thing everywhere....and it even had the cool handbreak so you can skid out. The remakes that just got released don't have the cool handbreak or the little thing that click when the wheel rolls around. Oh well. : )

My Mrs. Beasley doll. I loved her, long after her string broke and she didn't talk any more. I wish I would have kept her instead of giving her to another child when I was a teenager. She'd be great to give my granddaughter!

I still have it. It's a teddy bear that my sister gave me for my second birthday named Huggy, and it is so thin in the middle from all the hugging I've done to it. I want to keep it forever and be buried with it, that's how special it is to me.
