cut off your caffein intake for the evening. cool bedroom, NO tv or computer in the bedroom. turn on fan for white noise. warm milk. deep breathing. dark room. kick out pets and kids. 3mg of melatonin (in the vitamin section of any store). read something REALLY boring (phone book, dictionary.....yes, i'm serious.....) any of this should help.

Honestly, there is no best way. Close your eyes and see that star close to you. Watch that star as it slowly moves back. Slowly slowly. Keep doing this and remember slowly.
