It means that although a man is capable of ejaculation, his ejaculate contains no sperm, or sperm that does not function (i.e. he is sterile). It can be because for some reason, he is sterile, or due to a vasectomy. What he ejaculates is the same thing ejaculate is made out of, only minus the sperm (it's a mixture of a lot of stuff).
They equate it to 'shooting blanks' because, when someone shoots blanks from a gun, they are 'bullets' that don't do any harm, versus a real bullet.
However, I STRONGLY advise you to always wear a condom. Not only is it safe sex that prevents the spread of disease, but you can never be sure that you/your guy is 'shooting blanks'. Even if he is telling the truth, something can happen and you can suddenly find yourselves in trouble. Although rare, some men who have had vasectomies are still able to impregnate women! Please take care, use a condom.

He is saying that he is not producing any fertile sperm in his ejaculate when he comes. He is saying there i no reason for him to wear a condom cuz he cant get you pregnant.
The bullet duds are his sperm. Right?
The only way I would ever believe such a statement if he brought a letter from a doctor, this is just a line, just BS. He isn't very considerate to you by using this lame excuse not to wear a condom. If he really cared about you he would wear a rubber

Shooting blanks means that he is not producing sperm and won't get a woman pregnant. LESSON..he should STILL wear a condom because he can pass on a sexually trasmitted disease.
If you are sexually active....ALWAYS MAKE HIM WEAR A CONDOM REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE GUY SAYS!!! You can save yourself from all the diseases out there. Most of the STDs are preventable with proper contraceptives and most of them are dangerous and cannot be cured. BE CAREFUL.

yeah it's a term meaning unfertile sperm (not able to get you pregnant) First of all, you sound young and he's probablly young and most likely has no such known condition. It's a con. Dont beleive it. Alot of guys will do or say anything to get you to let him not use a condom. But the bottom line is even if he had documentation to proove his claim , who cares he needs to use a condom anyways, yo!!!

"Shooting blanks" is a term that means that the male's semen is incapable of fertilizing an egg. In other words, it won't get anyone pregnant.

Don't fall for it. He's saying he doesn't need to wear a condom because there is no chance of him getting you pregnant. Even if it's true (which it probably isn't), he might be carrying some sick STDs..so always make the guy wear a condom. You never know what you're going to get...Pregnant or infected.

He's saying that he's had a vasectomy, and so can't get a woman pregnant.
But... if he has an STD, he can still transmit that anyway. Either get to know him better (whether or not he's infected), or make him wear a condom.

There's a "wall" in your vagina, where the erm..a certain male body part has to "break through". That's the term pop the cherry. It bleeds because the wall breaks..and they're asking whether or not you're a virgin. Because virgins' walls are still there, and nothing has broken through it..Most girls bleed after the first time.

He ejaculates, he just believes that he is sterile. (no sperm) Regardless of whether he has had a vasectomy, some kind of accident or illness, or just thinks that because he hasn't gotten anyone pregnant yet... you STILL NEED TO USE A CONDOM!! If he usually doesn't use one, you really, really, really don't need be having sex with him. And if he balks at that, tell him to take a hike. Take responsibility for yourself and protect yourself. Please!
