how to locate parcels from taiwan?

i am expecting a parcel from taiwan which had been send out on the 19th dec.the parcel number is a 14-digits number.
does anyone know which servive provider is that?thanks

i cannot locate your package, but i understand that taiwan had an earthquake recently that disrupted internet communications for a few days and maybe other operations.

The number is a tracking number. How was it sent? did it go by UPS, Fedex or Post office?
