How do I export my blog from Microsoft Test site, mywallop.com?

Question

I've been blogging on the microsoft test site (mywallop.com) for over 2 years and now they are shutting it down at the end of January since they now have wallop.com up and running.

I can't figure out how to export it (they say I can but won't answer my email to tell me how) and neither can my supposedly tech-saavy husband.....

Please HELP! Lots of posts about my kids that I do not want to lose.
