you need Dive,Surf and once in the ship, go to the second floor where theres previously a locked door and a sailor standing there, below him there are 3 rooms,go to the middle and you can see a small diving spot,dive in and go all the way there,see a small lighter patch of water,dive up and you will notice 6 rooms,you need the itemfinder which will help you locate the keys in the room , the scanner is in the six room,after you got it, get out of the ship and go to slatport(or whatever the spelling is),go to the habour and talk to captain Stern,he will give you a choice between Deepseatooth and Deepseascale, the tooth evolves Clamperl into Huntail, while the other evolves clamperl into Gorebyss

its inside the underwater room u need dive to get to it but u dont give it to the guy who asks for u give it to capt, sterm who will trade it for a deep see scale or tooth to evolve your clamperl when traded!
