it somewhat is pouring rain out, and a guy is walking domicile, he does not have an umbrella, he isn't walking decrease than roofs or any coverings. neither is he wearing a hat or a hood, or protecting his head with a binder or information paper or something in besides. even however, as quickly as he gets domicile, (2min shall we are saying).
