I do medicine ball workouts 15lbs
i do 30 crnches with it behind my head 20 side crunches on each side. then i do 20 crunches then 15 side crunches, then 30 normal crunches no weight added. then 30 side crunches no weight added.

You can get it by doing sit up, push up(pumping position). Do it hard like tough training. You know hard training am i right. :) You do as much as you can. Don't stop. Keep doing don't stop ok k :). Stop until you feel very thirsty and very tired only this then you stop if not keep doing until you sweat like bathing. One time a day and 100 to 200 times. Eat cheese, beef, mutton, meat, chicken, yogurt, butter, cream and lastly drink milk and yogurt. Keep track of your weight. Do running 4.8km. Everyday. Do pull up 50 to 100 times everyday. :) ok k. You can get it by few weeks.

Go to the gym and use the abb machine and just work your abbs now if you have some fat your ganna have to loose that before our abbs will show. You can also do pull ups. Try googling abb work outs you should get some grat stuff fromt there!

Sit ups! Also, lay on your bed with your legs hanging off. Lift both legs at the same time using stomach muscles! Whew! That is hard, but it works!

you gotta do situps/crunches/6-inches/trunk twists/alot of other exercises every day for several months to get good-looking abs.
