Well, Mikey is his brother, so it depends on what type of kissing you mean...If you mean like brotherly love then I can bet that he probably has..

Ok. I did see a pic somewhere online of what looked like Gerard and Mikey kissing. But you can't really tell. You can't see if one of them has their hand over the others mouth. Besides, I'm sure it is all for sh*ts and giggles.
Come on now people, that's just plain gross.
