I am a brain cancer survivor and have many doctors that helped me here in the USA. I can only say find the nearest hospital and seek treatment and we will pray for God to work a miracle in his life. There are many treatments out there, try MD Anderson in Houston. I go there and there are many people there from other countries. Good Luck and we will keep him in our prayers.
