Okay my wife was pregnant at 25 weeks and the baby did not make it. The doctors can't tell what happened or what caused the baby to die, besides low aminotic fluid and he was very small (4oz at delivery). I just wanted to know from some of you that might have went through this, how long did it take till you had a healthy pregnancy. Me and my wife tried for almost a year and a half to get pregnant. We just want a baby really badly. How long after should we start trying?

After two miscarriages (9 weeks each) I waited 3 months to try again, and had a successful pregnancy. Most websites and doctors I visited said 3 months. However, I think you need to consider the emotional well being of your wife as well as the physical. Perhaps she will be ready sooner than 3 months. I'm sorry for your loss, and pray you have a baby soon.

I just wanted to wish you the best, may the Lord bless you and your wife with a beautiful baby; my heart goes out to you and I hope you get good news soon. The power of prayer is a wonderful thing; almost every doctor I went to told me I would not make it through a pregnancy; that I should not get pregnant, and today, thanks to our merciful Lord, I have a beautiful baby boy. He was born prematurely, the same week the late pregnancy became dangerous for me (I have a heart condition and by the 34th week the baby pushes the heart aside); he was low body weight but everything else was perfect!

Pray and take comfort in God, miracles happen every day. Blessings to you and your family!

My condolescences for your loss. While I've yet to experience any joy or pain but hope to journey into motherhood soon. Despite working on the healing together for your loss, I would make sure that you Both are taking the necessary vitamins or precautions to help aid your future attempts. I might try to Honor the child that you lost with something special - as a friend of mine did with a special Ornament and later that year had a healthy baby girl Pray to that child who chose you - to send another or come again stronger. Just know that despite the Loss - You have been blessed as being parents, even if for just a moment & you will be chosen again one day.

My best for you both.

I had a full term stillbirth. First of all you and your wife need to deal with the grief and loss of this child. My daughter was born 16 months after her stillborn brother. She was healthy.
