All my kids were BC babies. The first baby was on the patch. The second pregnancy was with a IUD (that ended without a birth) the third was with the pill (no baby there either). Fourth was the 2nd baby I have she was a pill baby. And the 3rd baby i have was also a pill baby. I used different pills each time and I had kids. My kids are very close together. The first and the second are 19 months apart and the second and the third are 11 months apart. So to answer the question YES!!! I took everything correctly and I still got prego.

I had been on the Pill for 11 years. My children were 17, 15, and 12 when I found out I was pregnant. I didn't miss any pills nor did I take any medication during the time I would have conceived. My doctor was at a loss to explain how it could have happened other than that the Pill is only about 99% effective when used correctly. My kids are now 27, 25, 22, and 9.

I never did but I know some women that have. My cousin's wife is one, they had 5 kids already & couldn't afford any more at the time. So it came as a big shock when she found out and then a few months into the pregnancy, They found out that there were several things wrong with the baby & that it was a boy, which is what they wanted. They have 3 girls & 2 boys so this one would have evened it out. When he was born with multiple defects & died just a few days later, they were all devastated. Even though they knew he would have several birth defects, they still wanted him. My cousins wife, Cathy is still having a difficult time with the loss after 3 & 1/2 years. And she has had her tubes tied so it wouldn't happen again.
But I know 2 other women that got pregnant while on the pill & had normal pregnancies with healthy babies.

i became on delivery administration for 7 years, (because of the fact that i became 15), did not take it on time approximately 2 months in the past, and now i'm 8 weeks pregnant. have faith me, the pill isn't a hundred%, the only way you could make specific approximately being pregnant or not is to head to a Dr. I took 3 being pregnant attempt and that all of them got here out damaging! So, have faith me, take your butt to the Dr. it fairly is the ony way you will locate out the certainty. Take care!

I got PG on Otho Tri Cyclen...3 times. I miscarried the 1st 2 and now have a healthy 6 year old. Both of my cousins also got PG on the pill.

Me personally, no. My roommate in college did, but she wasn't the most diligent person about taking them all the time. My mom did and she was militant about it, but that was a much older pill. My cousin did as did my friend's mom (at 48! she was pissed) did as well and she had a timer for her pill box to remind her. It can happen but it is rare if you are careful. If you are nervous, use condoms as well. Latex or polyeurathane are great.

My sister in law just had a baby and she was on the pill. She was freaked out and definitely did not plan the pregnancy.

When I was on the pill, I never trusted it for birth control. I used it to make shorter periods, clear my skin and prevent cramps.

I was taking Ortho Tricyclin when I got pregnant with my youngest son. It's not 100% effective. I was taking it everyday at the same time and wasn't on any kind of antibiotics or any other meds. So honestly, I don't know what happened.
