Yes, by doing these stuff you can unlock the BMW M3 GTR for use in quickrace:
- raise heat level on your car to 5
- cause 200.000 cost to state while on free roam carrer pursuit
- play/complete all tracks on carrer mode
- unlock all 33 cars (cars that unlocks by a reward card doesn't count)

You do. You start out with a BMW. It looks nice, but you total it after being chased by a guy. You can unlock it by finishing career mode, unlocking 33 cars, and some other stuff.

yes, in your reward section its at the bottom, you have to earn a certain reward card to unlock the bmw from most wanted.
