i keep hearing on the internet if you defeat bowser again but with 120 power stars,thers a special ending.What is it????

Everyone's just giving you the normal ending (Peach baking a cake with a couple of Toad-guys).
Yes, the cannon outside does open after 120 stars, but that's not an ending, just an extra.
The 'special' ending is just Bowser saying something different. If you beat him with 119 or less Stars, he says a normal thing. When you hit 120, then beat him, he says something different.
I won't spoil it, but that's really all it is.

The specal ending for Mario 64 after collecting 120 stars is Mario, Peach, and a couple of the mushroom guys in some sort of kitchen baking a cake.
Also, if you want to, you can step outside the castle (head towards the lake) and head towards the cannon. Aim at the roof of the castle and you will find Yoshi (who will give you 100 lives).

There is no special ending. But you could still defeat bowser many more times.

You can blast to the roof of the top of the tower and you find Yoshi up there! Then Peach bakes Mario a cake and they go inside to eat it.
