I was just wondering if anyone saw it. I did and didnt think anything of it and I was wondering if people thought it was offensive and or disrespectful to saddam?

One, I don't find it offensive.
TWO, Disrespectful?? The Butcher of Baghdad? The man responsible for killing thousands of Kurds? The man responsible for beheading women and children? If in FACT he truly WAS hanged.....I don't believe it as the video is poor and it would be the WORSE time to be one of the many Sadaam doubles......
No, I did NOT find it disrespectful, no more than Hitler or Mussolini found "respect" in their death throes. Hitler died hiding out in a bunker, giving last minute orders to bomb his own people and Mussolini, he was hanged in public and "his" people flayed him.
No, not offensive nor disrespectful. I find the beheading video of unarmed American journalists and construction workers offensive and disrespectful. They were beheaded slowly with a dull blade and then were left to watch themselves slowly bleed to death. I find THAT offensive and disrespectful.

I saw it, I really just wanted to know he was dead...offensive or disrespectful....????? I hope so...he killed so many innocent people, I hope he rots in he**....!!!!
I think he got it easy, he should have been made to suffer more. I think they should take his familly out too....they are sick people.

i didnt think anything of it either. for me it was just morbid curiosity. there will always be someone out there that will find it offensive. if they are offended then they shouldnt watch it.

as bad as he was and i am sure he did derserve it, it was still hard to watch. i had the volume on high, when they opened up the hatch, i jumped out of my seat. i didn't know that hatch (whatever you call it) made such a loud noise.

I've seen it. its really amature-ish. i didnt see him actually fall though. i was just curious to see how he died.
