Gap, American Eagle, Vanity, New York & Co, Express (sometimes they're still not long enough for me though), Limited, Charlotte Russe (sometimes).
If you don't want super low rise I would especially check out Gap and New York & Co. I generally wear a 35" inseam and hate really low rise jeans too... my fave place for jeans is Gap.

I am not a girl, but there are several brand u might consider, 7 for all Mankind, True religion, Juicy Couture, dont for get to wear a decent pair of shoes during the day ( Urban Look), or wearing killer heels at night (pick me up look). dayum good.
