I am looking for a company that makes fairly large boats that are able to go out to sea, are somewhat luxurious, that I can fish off of, and could hold a fair amount of people.

It all depends on the size you're looking for. Bayliner makes some decient ones, but my advice is go to some boat shows and find out.
