Your question reminded me of my brother. He is so conservative. But its good cause as he says people will respect you more if you dress conservatively.

Skirts not too tight or too short. Not showing too much skin in midriff area. Breasts not too exposed. Hair not too big or too bleached. Makeup not too heavy. Earrings not overly large. Not too much gaudy jewelry. Nails not too long. You get the picture. Just not looking like a prostitute.

MY ? idea : long sleeved, blouse with collar and a knee length skirt, cream/brown low court shoes - if this is for going to a job interview, at least.

dressing conservatively to me consists of not showing alot of skin...and not wearing tight-fitting clothes.

keep it PG on the outside- business suit, skirt/ dress, jeans and a sweater but XXX under- thong, thigh highs and a garder, crotchless panties

dress pants black nice blouse and black shoes.
normal dress is black jeans nice shirt, sweater, tee and black boots or shoes
