Too Tough but a few of my favorites are:

Taxi Driver, Memento, A Clockwork Orange, Midnight Cowboy, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Seven (although the ending was too abrupt), One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Five Easy Pieces, The Usual Suspets, and finally Mean Streets.

I'd say Hannibal would probably be my favourite pyschological thriller because Sir Anthony Hopkins is so eeriely fantastic!

Tristan & Isolde is the best love story because it does not have a a typical happy ending.

in my opinion, it would have to be "Taxi Driver" with the one and only Robert DeNiro! He was fresh and young then and only got better! The whole movie is brilliant from the acting to the directing to the scenic views!

Black Hawk Down. Because it let me see first hand what the Army Rangers and Delta Force boys do in real life. And it was a true story.
