#1 You don't...you have a trained professional fit you. Cup size varies with band size--a B cup on a 32 bra is smaller than a B cup on a 38 bra. Most lingerie staff member will gladly and skillfully find you the best fit size.

#2 The growth rate of your hair is not determined by how often you wash it. However, your hair can appear shorter if it is unhealthy and dead. These split ends will either break off or require frequent trimmings, thus making it more difficult to maintain longer locks.

Eating healthy, reducing stress, getting plenty of rest and exercise can all promote healthier hair. Hair also needs oxygen to grow, so limiting your use of styling products and using a clarifying shampoo 1-2 per week, can help reduced the amount of pore clogging residue.

The natural oils from your scalp provide rich nutrients for your hair follicles. My father attributes his full head of hair to fact that he only washes it once a week. I too, find my hair is much healthier if I wash it just every other day. However, if you must wash it every day, try to shampoo just the roots and not the less oily ends.

For the most part, the rate your hair grows is determined by your genes. Generally, this is between .5" - 2" a month depending on the person. It may speed up in the warmer months or with a stimulating head massage, but over all there is little much else you can do.

Measure around the chest directly under the breast at a constant height with the cloth measuring tape. Add 5 inches to that measurement. This dimension is your bra/band size (If the bra size works out to an ODD number go up one inch to the next EVEN number.) This should equal the circumference around the chest, directly above the breasts/under the arms. Now measure around the chest at the height of the fullest part of the breast. The measuring tape should be held horizontal, flat on your back, and your arms should be down. Make a note of that measurement (only used for comparison) and compare it to the Bra Size from step 1. my email id is thakahuwa33 at yahoo you can ask me any question i will try to help you out ,, takecare
