i see victoria beckham wearing them and it hink theyre cute and they don't seem hard to recreate with a big tee but i can't seem to get it down? any hints? as much detail is needed ty

i figuredi could just belt a large top and cut a wide collar but it seems to taper and that it gets thinner at the bottem like a billowy top.

Any shirt with a wide neck line will do and just set it to one side. That's what I used to do. Then add a belt

That just looks like an exta large men's t-shirt with a belt around the waist. It is cute though.
