i mean sometimes it actually goes to an extreme when they can't get off of it then it becomes a serious problem. i mena sometimes it even keeps them away fromt heir families and friends.

thank god im not obsessed. i go on on when im bored. which means that im bored right now. i also go on when i have a question for homework or something.... or just want to know the answer to some stupid question thats bugging me. the internet has everything.... whats not to love.

I think its because it is so easy to get anything you want from the net, you can talk to other people, be whoever you decide you want to be and its all just so easy, just a click of a button and you have got pretty much the whole world on one screen.
I guess its like an addiction, like gambling. The net has always got something new every time you log on so i guess the people who get obsessed with it are scared they might miss something new and have to be online because they are addicted.

I like the internet. Makes things a lot easier, especially if you need some information and do not have time to go to the library. I am not addicted, but there are several people that I know that are addicted to the internet. Guess that is their "drug."
